Favorite App: Texture
Magazines are back here in the world of Texture. For someone who reads magazines, or perhaps used to read magazines - read on! For a 7 Day free trial, and $9.99 a month you can have access to over 200 magazines. Yes 200! From Technology, to Fashion, to Home and Gardening this app has it all. Back in March of this year Apple has acquired this company (Texture). I'd recommend to jump on board now as Apple will surely be making further enhancements and have a much bigger plan in store for the service down the road.
Texture allows the use of five devices per account. Perfect to share with your family. When you look at it this way all of a sudden that $9.99 a month isn't so bad. The magazine app allows you to not only view current issues of magazine but also past issues. The magazines can be viewed when connected to the internet, but also can be downloaded locally to your iPhone/ iPad for offline viewing.
