On-Site Support | $100.00 (flat rate)

Initial on-site visit includes 1 hour of support at your location in our service area.Hourly Rate : $80.00 per hour (Minimum one hour)

**Each service fee is conducted by the hour. Should any service not last the entire duration of that hour, each client will be charged for the full hour of service** 

**Cancellation fee of $100.00 if not notified more than 24 hours in advance**

Remote Support | $60.00 

Includes 1 hour of remote support for your Mac. Please download TeamViewer to set your Mac up for us to remotely connect to you.During this hour of remote support we will also be more than happy to discuss over the phone.

Phone Support | $50.00

Includes 1 hour of one to one Phone Support with an Apple Certified Support Professional.

Hard Drive Upgrade | $80.00 

Installation of the new drive and cloning (exact copy) of old drive to the new drive. Not sure of which drive you’ll need, Contact me and we’ll take care of advising you to purchase the right drive for your Mac (free of charge).

Data Transfer | $100.00

Flat rate data transfer fee from old hard drive/ computer to new.

Memory Installation | $50.00

Installation on-site is also available. Not sure of which memory you'll need? Contact us and the right memory for your Mac will be supplied (free of charge).

Router Configuration | $300.00

Flat rate configuration fee for all new router configurations for an environment. 

Data Recovery | Price Depends on Service

$80.00 Non-Refundable Attempt to Recover Data

Additional $500.00 if Data is successfully recovered

Client must provide a new external hard drive to copy recovered data onto

Depending on case of drive could be up to 7 days turn around time.
